Countdown from the date of your next entered competition. Displays the events that you selected when creating the competition.
Workouts:
Enter new workouts, daily mileage, and quality of your workout.
Graph:
View the frequencies of all your workouts over the past two weeks. Click on a slice of the graph to display the name of the workout.
Displays your total mileage of the past two weeks.
View the frequencies of all your workout statuses to determine the most common cause of your bad workouts.
